RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy — meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
- With all tags attached

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement item:
- Return the original item
- Place a new order once the return has been approved
EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
Items must meet standard return conditions and proof of purchase must be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method
